KJS series mine pneumatic wet dust remover is designed to remove dust from gas discharge drilling holes, roadway shotcrete, driving roadway and other places. The dust remover is placed next to the drilling rig and shotcrete mixer, the body of the roadheader, the second transportation belt, or the place designated by customers. 

FJP series of mine spray dust suppression blower (formerly JPK-3 mine hydrodynamic spray dust collector) is used for dust removal in belt roadway, return roadway and coal face.

The FJP series of mine spray dust suppression fans are used for dust removal in belt lanes, wind return lanes, and coal mining faces. The dust remover shall be placed on the top of the belt roadway, return air roadway, the rocker arm or body of the shearer or at the place designated by Party A. the underground high-pressure water pipe shall be inserted at the filter inlet, and the filter outlet shall be connected to the water inlet joint of the dust remover through the high-pressure rubber pipe, and the high-pressure water valve equipment shall be opened for operation.

The working time of underground coal bunker, water bunker, equipment chamber and other works in the coal mine is short. If the electric fan is used to connect the power and arrange the fan, it is very troublesome, time-consuming and labor-consuming. According to this situation, the company has developed FQ series mine pneumatic press in axial flow local fan, which is suitable for short-distance air supply during coal bunker, water bunker maintenance and roadway excavation.

The mine hydrodynamic automatic dust reduction system is mainly composed of hydrodynamic dust remover, automatic sprinkler dust reduction device, main control box, touch sensor, heat release sensor, equipment start and stop sensor and other equipment. The system is programmable, easy to install, energy saving, consumption reduction and high dust reduction efficiency. It can automatically judge the pedestrian, driving and surrounding environment according to the roadway and environmental dust source, and automatically start and stop the dust remover to realize automatic dust reduction.

The filter outlet is connected to the inlet joint of the dust precipitator through the high-pressure rubber pipe, and the compressed air is connected to the air inlet. Open the high-pressure water valve and air pressure valve for operation.
