It can realize low-speed slippage, belt tearing, coal pile, deviation, smoke, over-temperature and emergency stop protection. It can also realize over-temperature (smoke) automatic watering and cooling while stopping for temperature and smoke protection.

• It has voice warning and fault voice alarm functions. The fault voice alarm can report both the nature of the fault and the number of the belt machine that caused the fault;

• It uses pure mechanical contactless buttons to avoid the phenomenon of button damage due to violent operation;
• It has added an online call function, and can also communicate with sound and light signals to realize the warning function along the line;
• The speed sensor has the characteristics of real-time speed measurement. The machine can display the belt speed in real time and set the high and low speed action values of speed protection to achieve overspeed and slip protection;
• The temperature sensor has the characteristics of real-time temperature measurement and fast test speed. The host can display the temperature value in real time and set the action value of temperature protection to achieve over-temperature protection. The coal position sensor adopts coal electrode type, with adjustable sensitivity and high reliability;
• It can realize the alignment function along the line;
• Added the upper computer control function;
• 2 types of centralized control methods: hardware interlocking centralized control method; communication method: any machine along the line can start or stop according to the pre-set method.
