1、Introduction

The ZJZ2-10/1140(660)M Integrated Lighting and Signal Protection Device is designed for use in underground coal mines containing coal dust and explosive gases (methane). It controls the power supply for lighting and signaling equipment rated at 127V, with a power input of 50 Hz, 1140V, or 660V.

2. Main Features
This device utilizes a high-performance microcomputer as its control core, enabling real-time monitoring of the integrated protection system's operational status. The protector operates on a LINUX operating system and employs military-grade peripheral chips. Through modular hardware design and unique software algorithms, it exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities, reliable operation, and high protection sensitivity.
It features a user-friendly human-machine interface with Vietnamese language display. Functions include menu operation, password authorization, anti-misoperation safeguards, query and modification capabilities, and fault memory storage. The device offers various communication functions such as RS-485, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, handheld terminal APP (optional, requires integration with a power monitoring system), and NFC touch-connect (optional), providing flexible networking and communication options.

3. Structural Characteristics
The main compartment of the Lighting and Signal Integrated Protection Device consists of two chambers: the dry-type transformer chamber and the control chamber.
