KBSGZY Mining Explosion Proof Movable Substation is composed of dry type transformer, cable connector for mining movable transformer substation, low voltage power switch (low voltage protective box) for explosion-proof movable substation for mining. It has protection function such as against electricity leakage, closure leakage, overload, short circuit, overvoltage, low voltage etc.
KBSG explosion-proof movable substation for mining is a type of equipment for transforming and supplying power under coal mine. It is applicable to use in explosive hazardous coal mine where it is filled with methane and coal dust, also applicable to use in the environment where it is filled with gas and steam that are not sufficient in corrosion for metal and have destroyed insulation.
Characteristics
Transformer iron core uses high-quality cold grain orientation silicon steel plates, uses integrated processing craftsmanship without drilled hole, reduces vacuum-load loss and vacuum-charge current. It is characterized by small losses and little noise. The body is used class H or C insulation materials that have good fire resistance performance to avoid harmful gases and environmental pollution.
Nomex-T410 insulation paper from Du Pont USA is used between coils, electrical performance is ensured, has good thermal shock resistance capacity, good overload capacity, good short circuit resistance, good insulation performance, transformer overload capacity in a short time.
It is used device and advanced coating technique of vacuum and pressure impregnation after adjustment to pressure and drought, insulating coating is used as immersion, prevents it from causing partial discharge by residual bubble between coils and produces aging and puncture, consequently, mechanical strength and moisture resistance are effectively improved after drought.
The high-voltage and low-voltage switch is used the intelligent crystal liquid protector, it is characterized by reliability and stability. They have easy operation, large adjustment range, small pitch size and high control accuracy.
The high voltage and low voltage switch has full protection function, is characterized by overload protection, short circuit, voltage loss, over voltage and transformer over temepratura function, all breakdowns can be consulted and have long distance surveillance and control function.
The high voltage and low voltage switch has full protection function, it is characterized by overload protection, short circuit, leak and closure protection, phase inball protection etc. The system voltage and circuit parameters are displayed.
All low-voltage side faults drive the high-voltage side switch through signal line, so lower the segmented current, solve the transformer fault, at the same time, solve the transformer switch leak leak.
The high voltage and low voltage switch has memory function, it can store long-time data. It is equipped with RS-485 and CAN standard communication terminal, convenient transmission.
