1140V or 660V mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe AC frequency converter is mainly used in coal mines with explosive hazardous environments such as coal dust and gas. As a frequency conversion speed regulation for AC motors, it is suitable for asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. It has the function of starting and rotating. It has the characteristics of large torque,high speed regulation accuracy,long power supply distance,energy saving and high effciency, safety and reliability.
The inverter unit of this series of 1140V products adopts NPC type three-level topology, which has the advantages of large output capacity, high output voltage, few voltage spikes and pulses, and low harmonic content of current output.
It can be widely used in coal mine underground winches,belt conveyors,scraper conveyors,crushers,transfer machines, elevators,water pumps,emulsion pumps,coal feeders and other equipment.
2. Features
● Using advanced SVPWM space vector PWM modulation control, the output torque is large,150% of the rated torque can be reached at 0.5Hz, and the maximum torque output can reach 220%.
● The frequency converter adopts a three-level inverter topology, with small input and output harmonics, meeting the requirements of EMC standards; the built-in output filter unit reduces the motor insulation stress,and the output cable can be up to 3000 meters long.
● Excellent over-curent suppression and over-voltage suppression functions to avoid frequent failures and meet the requirements of complex working conditions.
● The builtin insulation monitoring system can monitor the insulation status between the inverter and the motor in real time to achieve effective leakage protection.
● A daptive power balancing function can provide precise load distribution control,and the power imbalance is less than 2%.
● Built-in PID regulator can match various sensors to form closed-loop control
● Full Chinese display interface,matrix keyboard operation,intrinsically safe design,safe and reliable
