Working Principle

• Belt Conveyor Start-up Process: During the acceleration phase of the belt conveyor, the belt tension decreases, which can easily cause slipping. The automatic tensioning device quickly tightens the belt to the set value and maintains the set tension until the belt conveyor completes the acceleration process.
• Belt Conveyor Running Process: After the belt conveyor completes the acceleration process and maintains rated frequency operation, the tensioning system automatically controls the tightening and loosening of the belt based on the set upper and lower tension limits.
• Belt Conveyor Stopping Process: During the stopping process of the belt conveyor, the belt tension continues to rise. The automatic tensioning system maintains the loosening of the belt to keep the tension within a reasonable range until the conveyor completely stops. This process removes the increased tension during the stopping process, preventing the static tension from increasing when the conveyor stops, which could reduce the belt's lifespan.
