The flameproof and intrinsically safe dual power supply dual frequency converter for ventilators is suitable for dangerous places with gas and coal dust explosion in coal mines. The product uses two independent power supplies to supply two frequency converters respectively, which are independently controlled and automatically switched. This product uses a high-performance vector frequency converter. Under the control of PLC, it adjusts the fan speed according to the gas concentration through matching related sensors. While ensuring the air supply, it reduces the fan energy consumption and achieves energy saving effect. The product has manual and automatic working modes, and automatically switches between the two frequency converters, which greatly improves the reliability of the equipment and ensures the continuous operation of the local fan.

Ventilation pattern

When the TI position does not exceed the standard,the fan will automatically ventilate according to the gas concentration at the T3 position.

When the T3 concentration increases,the output frequency decreases(as low as the manually set frequency point),

When the T3 concentration decreases,the output frequency increases,up to 50Hz.

Gas exhaus mode
