Main application

     QJZ3-2400/1140(660)-8ML  mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe type multi-loop  vacuum electromagnetic starter , it is applicable to the mine with explosive gas and coal dust. In the circuit with AC 50Hz and rated voltage of AC 1140 (660) V, it can control and protect the starting and stopping of 8  or less three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motors at the same time, and can change the phase sequence when stopping. It is especially suitable for centralized monitoring of mining, transportation, mining and other working faces with concentrated power load.

The protection system of this series of switches adopts PLC + industrial control integrated machine, equipped with high-precision data processing and advanced protection algorithm, with high protection accuracy and fast response speed. It can complete the motor overload, short circuit, leakage blocking, undervoltage, overvoltage, three-phase imbalance, phase failure, power metering, communication networking and other protection functions.

The combined switch can work reliably within 75% - 110% of the rated control power supply voltage;

Combination switch shall be able to release when 20% - 60% of rated control power supply voltage;

When the main circuit current reaches the set short-circuit multiple, the short-circuit protection trips, and the action time is 0.2-0.4s;
