Main application

This device is suitable for underground coal mine containing coal dust and explosive gas (methane). It can control the power supply of 127V grade lighting signal equipment, and the power supply is introduced as 50 Hz 1140V or 660V.    The device has the functions of microcomputer monitoring and intelligent protection. The intelligent integrated protector takes high-performance single chip microcomputer as the core, adopts military grade peripheral chips and high-performance precision converter. Through modular hardware design and unique software algorithm, it has strong anti-interference ability, reliable action and high sensitivity of protection. It has good man-machine interaction interface, Chinese LCD display, menu operation, password authorization, anti misoperation, query and modification, fault memory and other functions. It has standard Modbus communication protocol, which is convenient for docking and monitoring with other automation equipment.    The device has the function of independent control of two circuits, that is, there is no connection between the two circuits, and the two circuits are independently controlled and protected, which solves the problem that the single circuit lighting can not completely control the signal output power supply and lighting output power supply completely in the past, that is, the signal power supply and the lighting power supply can not be controlled independently when the power is stopped, which causes great inconvenience to the user It can solve the problem of saving electricity. When two circuits do not need to transmit power at the same time, the other circuit can stop working. Through this working mode and setting time interval time control, the power consumption can be saved. Because the capacity of the two circuits is freely distributed according to the actual needs, it can completely replace the single circuit lighting, which greatly facilitates the use of users. This product has the functions of local manual control and automatic power transmission and free selection of general lamps and sodium lamps. It can avoid the start-up current of sodium lamps. With terminal protection device, it can realize long-distance short-circuit protection. Signal sampling does not depend on current and has nothing to do with cable length. The protection distance can be extended arbitrarily within the range of voltage drop.
