1. Product Introduction

The 3300V series of explosion-proof and intrinsically safe high-voltage frequency converters for mining are mainly used in coal mines with explosive hazardous environments such as coal dust and gas. As the frequency conversion soul of AC motors, they are suitable for asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. They have the characteristics of large starting torque, high speed regulation accuracy, long power supply distance, energy saving and high efficiency, safety and reliability.
The rectifier unit of this series of products adopts 12-pulse rectification to effectively reduce the harmonic interference of the frequency converter on the grid side. The bus side adopts capacitor-type energy-saving elements, and uses equalizing resistors to balance the voltage value at both ends of the energy storage capacitor. The voltage on the upper and lower sides of the DC unit is balanced, the neutral point offset is small, and the charging and discharging is stable. The frequency converter unit adopts an NPC three-level topology structure, which has the advantages of large output capacity, high output voltage, less voltage spike pulses, and low current output harmonic content.
This product is suitable for heavy-load starting and full-range speed regulation of scraper conveyors, transfer machines, crushers and other equipment with a rated voltage of 3300V, and can be used for belt conveyors, emulsion pumping stations, permanent magnet synchronous machines and other occasions requiring frequency conversion speed regulation.




2. Features
  • It adopts advanced SVPWM space vector PWM modulation control, with large output torque, 150% rated torque can be achieved at 0.5Hz, and the maximum torque output can reach 220%.
  • The frequency converter adopts 12-pulse rectification and three-level inverter topology, with small input and output harmonics, meeting EMC standard requirements.
  • Built-in output filter unit, small motor insulation stress, and the output cable can be up to 3000 meters.
  • The vehicle adopts shell embedded water cooling design, with high cooling efficiency and small equipment size.
  • The built-in insulation monitoring system can monitor the insulation status between the frequency converter and the motor in real time to achieve effective leakage protection.
  • Adaptive power balancing function can provide precise load distribution control, and the power imbalance is less than 3%.
