The Wantai Red Study Team first arrived at the Memorial Hall of the Former Site of the New Fourth Army Headquarters. The New Fourth Army, which is composed of guerrilla heroes of the Red Army in eight provinces, completed the arduous task of team formation here, embarked on the journey to the north to resist Japan, and established an immortal medal for the liberation of the Chinese nation. Visit the simple living environment of the old revolutionaries, listen to their heroic deeds, and feel the selfless spirit of participating in the revolution. One by one, the inscriptions reveal the revolutionary feelings of perseverance and dedication.
The second stop arrived at the Red Brigade Town. Everyone put on their military uniforms and remembered the spirit of absolute obedience and sacrifice for the revolution, which started the "Yunling" defense war. The sense of mission and respect arises spontaneously from the military uniform. With the advance of the story, the sense of tension and conviction gradually sublimated. They jointly patrolled, drilled, participated in strategic meetings, and mobilized before the war. Under the command of the "leader", they rushed to the front line of the fight against the Japanese army. "In the war", with the precise layout of command, the close cooperation of the team, and the spirit of dedication of "minor injuries can not fall into the line of fire", with the joint efforts of the "Wantai New Fourth Army", we finally achieved "victory in the war". All members of the team are high spirited, step in step, work together, and go all out for the common goal.

On October 7, senior experts were invited to interpret the course "Building a High Performance Team" for the Wantai team. The one-day study began with the analysis of classic cases. Each group fully discussed and expressed their own opinions. Under the guidance of experts, they looked at the essence through the phenomenon, deeply analyzed the causes of the current situation and found scientific solutions. The teams actively answered and played a key role in each other, reaching a consensus of being brave and moving forward, which laid a solid theoretical foundation for the construction of high-performance teams.
All causes have consequences, and consequences must have causes. Focus on core issues and jointly achieve goals. The cultural heritage of Wantai has a long way to go and depends on the mutual understanding and common growth of all Wantai families.
