• The optimized water circuit, magnetic circuit and circuit design make the motor have good electrical performance, low electromagnetic noise, and super high efficiency and energy saving.
• Three-dimensional software design, and ANSYS analysis software use finite element method to analyze electromagnetic field, structural field, temperature field, etc., to ensure the high reliability of the motor. The compact structure and small size improve the utilization rate of the effective space underground.
• The rotor is a silicon steel laminated structure and an integral embedded magnetic steel structure. This structure can ensure the mechanical reliability of the magnetic steel under the action of centrifugal force and magnetic pull when the rotor rotates. The out-of-step torque of the motor is not less than 2 times the rated torque at rated voltage.
• The stator adopts H-class insulation, and the entire stator is VPI vacuum pressure impregnated with paint, which has good electrical properties and moisture-proof performance.
