Taking advantage of the advantages of low speed and high torque of permanent magnet motor, the structure and performance of permanent magnet motor, reducer and frequency converter are optimized and combined.
The permanent magnet motor adopts the centralized winding, the best pole slot coordination, and the patented rotor structure integrating magnetic separation, force bearing, positioning and lightweight. It has the advantages of small moment of inertia, less flux leakage, large main flux, higher power factor (up to 0.99) and higher mechanical efficiency (above 96%).
The star reducer coupled with permanent magnet motor has the characteristics of reducing motor speed, increasing output torque, matching load inertia and multi tooth meshing.
Using frequency conversion speed regulation, minus gearbox, realize low speed direct drive. It can reduce the loss of intermediate links, improve the efficiency of the system and reduce the amount of maintenance.

Compared with the permanent magnet direct drive motor, it is smaller in volume, lighter in weight, more compact in structure, smaller in moment of inertia of motor rotor and system, higher power density and torque density, faster dynamic response, stronger overload and heavy load soft starting capacity, which overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient starting capacity of permanent magnet direct drive motor under heavy load. Under the same power, it can maintain high efficiency and power factor in the load rate of 20 ~ 120%, and the output torque is 25 – 30% higher than that of permanent magnet direct drive motor.

Compared with the traditional “asynchronous motor + hydraulic coupler + brake + reducer” drive system, the drive chain is shortened, the volume and weight are reduced by 1 / 2 ~ 1 / 3; compared with the permanent magnet direct drive motor, the volume and weight are reduced by 1 / 2 ~ 1 / 4, and the height of the frame center is reduced by 2 ~ 3 times than that of the permanent magnet direct drive motor.
